西部农村中学“双证六连结构”

教育扶贫模式实验报告

摘要:西部农村中学“双证六连结构”教育扶贫模式,意在探索21世纪初期农村中学教育综合化发展的有效道路。报告通过对农村中等教育,特别是农村普通中学教育结构、任务、培养目标、办学方向等,进行符合时代与现实需求的再审视与再认识,从而建构了新型中等教育观与中等教育理论体系,即“以农为本”的农村普通中学教育逻辑起点;“不求人人升学,但求个个成才”和“升学有基础,从业有技术”的基本理念;“双证”资格目标与“三维”操作目标相结合的目标体系;“三教结合”办学模式、“普职渗透式”课程改革策略、“六连结构”教学策略、“示范田”基地策略等运行策略等。该模式在实验中取得了明显的教育效益、经济效益与社会效益。

The Experiment Report of “Double certificates six links” structural Education model for poverty alleviation in Western rural school

Abstract: The “Double certificates six links” structural Education model for poverty alleviation in western rural school aims to explore the efficient way of  rural school education’s Comprehensive development in the 21st. By having a proper re-examine and re-understand which cater to the times’ need on the rural Secondary education, especially the rural normal school education’s structure, task, goaland orientation in education provision, thus organizing a new Secondary education idea and theory system. Take “the rural is the fundamental” as the rural school education’s logic origin; Take “do not hope all enter a higher school, but all of them have capability ” and “entering higher school can have basis; going to work can have technology“ as the basic idea; Combining “double certificates” target and “three dimensions” target as one target system; the “three education together” running school modelthe “common and vocational get into each other ”curriculum reform strategythe “six links structure” education methodthe “demonstrating field” strategy and many other strategies. This model achieved obvious educational, economical and social benefit during the experiment.
